In order to put the perfect training program together, the first step for you is an initial interview with one of our coaches. The basis of an highly effective and efficient training program are information about:

Based on the gathered information, we develop your personal training plan. We aim your training at getting measureable results.
After reviewing the training diary of the previous month, you will receive a new plan, which is based on the feedback you give us. Even after you have received a training plan, you can contact us if your situation changes. We will adjust your plan according to the new conditions immediately. Communication is key in a stable and successful coach/athlete relationship. That's why we keep in touch with you on a regular basis.
